An awesome hike to the lake. With several access points, you may want to google map a route before you start your hike.
Hiked to it from the Rocky Fork gravel lot, 6 miles one way. Hike was easy, all on double track and easy to navigate. The lake is scenic, I'd call it a pond, it is man-made. Would not recommend swimming. Bears are present in the summer, had an encounter on the way out.
